A small, neutral nation located in mid-west Usea, it has been the site of many wars throughout history. The FCU constructed the Stonehenge Turret Network within San Salvacion territory, which was administered by the Central Usean Treaty Organization, in order to protect Usea from Ulysses fragments. Four years after the impact event, Erusea invaded San Salvacion and seized the installation, forcing them to capitulate in only three days. The 156th Tactical Fighter Wing “Aquilla”, tasked with defending the STN, was stationed in a makeshift base just outside the capital.
The Erusian occupation of San Salvacion enforced harsh restrictions and censorship, and attempted to impose Erusian culture and rule upon its citizens. This involved ostentatious displays of Erusian dominance, such as draping the capital’s triumphant arch with Erusian flags. The friction between the civilians and occupies lead to the birth of an insurgent movement, first by relaying information obtained from Erusian soldiers to North Point. In 2005, as the ISAF counter-offensive drew closer, the resistance began attacking Erusian logistics infrastructure, critically reducing the combat effectiveness of Aquilla. Immediately before the ISAF forces entered the capital, the resistance defied the curfew and began a general uprising. ISAF forces supported the insurgents in driving the Erusians from the city, and successfully prevented the terror bombing by Erusian forces desperate to deny San Salvacion to ISAF.
An island nation off the northeast coast of Usea. It was the final headquarter of the Usean Rebellion, based around a captured ICBM base, which was destroyed by Scarface Squadron. In the lead-up to the Continental War, North Point sided with the FCU, leading to North Point joining ISAF and declaring war on Erusea in response to its invasion of San Salvacion. Following ISAF setbacks in 2003 and early 2004 after the loss of Stonehenge, North Point became the primary haven of ISAF’s forces as their position on the continent grew increasingly untenable. Much of ISAF’s focus in late 2004 was defending North Point from strategic bombing and seaborne invasion as they reconstituted their land forces. Within months of the destruction of the Aegir Fleet, an amphibious force embarked from North Point, successfully establishing a beachhead in Southern Usea and beginning the liberation of the continent.
During the Circum-Pacific War of 2010, North Point was supposed to be the location of clandestine negotiations between Osean and Yuktobanian officials to end the conflict, but they were cancelled as President Harling failed to arrive.
